Are there any extra fees other than the membership fee?

NO. All our templates are free for download (as many times as you want) for the period of your membership.

Which payment types to you accept?

We use two top payment processors, Paypal and 2Checkout so we accept all paypal payments and major credit cards.

Do you use recurring billing? Do I need to cancel my subscription if I don't want to extend it?

Our subscriptions are NOT automatically renewed, so NO recurring billing is involved. We feel this is the best way to put you in control of your membership and your money. Prior to the end of your membership period w will send you a reminder and you can always extend the duration of your membership. You do not need to cancel it, we won't charge you again if you choose not to extend it.

When will my account be active, after I make the payment?

If you use Paypal when purchasing your membership, account activation is instant. For payments made via 2Checkout, it takes up to 24 hours for account activation (usually much faster).

Can I still use the templates after my subscription expires?

Yes, you can use your downloaded products even after your subscription has ended.

Can I use the templates I download on multiple sites?

Yes, you can use our templates on unlimited number of domains.

How often you add new templates on your site?

We update our site on daily basis (business days) so make sure to visit us often to download our latest updates.

How much or what can I download? Do I really have unlimited access?

Yes, you can download unlimited products but you should not use a 3rd party script to access our site or downloads. If you are found guilty of any attempt to automatically download our content in these ways, your account will be automatically suspended.

Do I have exclusive ownership over the items I download?

No, your purchase entitles you to a license to use the products royalty free in accordance with the rights, restrictions and conditions indicated in the license you receive, but we do not grant exclusive rights for items downloaded from our site.

What software do I need for editing your templates?

You'll need Adobe Photoshop CS+ for the PSD files, an html editor such as Dreamweaver, Frontpage, Homesite, 1st Page, etc for editing the html files and Adobe Flash MX 2004+ for the flash files. For the logo templates you'll need a vector graphics editor - Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Xara etc.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the TemplateWire.com products?

YES, the website templates and other products from our site cannot be resold as is, nor modified.

This means that if you sell our products to any of your customers, you will need to bring in significant modifications to the products. Here, "significant modifications" means: building a functional website or web application or any such project using our products. If you don't want to make those changes, your customer has to get a membership at TemplateWire.com to use the products based on as they are.

Our products should not be distributed as part of any archive, catalog, media discs, auction etc. You are also not allowed to use a spider, web crawler, or other similar automated tool to download our content. Please read our terms of use for more details.

Is account sharing allowed?

No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. We have strict rules for these types of illegal distribution processes. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

How about refunds?

Once an item is downloaded we are unable to offer any refund due to the digital nature of our products. Refunds are strictly company policy and any such claims will be granted entirely at the free will of the company management.
