TemplateWire grants you non-exclusive, limited license to use the website templates, flash templates, logo templates and other products sold through our website (the "products") in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

1. TemplateWire Memberships

Membership purchases include 3 month or 12 month subscription options, as described on our website. Any membership plan grants you the right to use the TemplateWire templates to create as many websites as you wish, for you or for your clients. You may continue to use the templates after your subscription expires, so the templates are not time-limited (even though your membership is).

1.1 Membership Renewals

Our subscriptions are NOT automatically renewed, so NO recurring billing is involved. We feel this is the best way to put you in control of your membership and your money. Prior to the end of your membership period we'll send you a reminder and you can always extend the duration of your membership.

2. Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our products to fit your needs. You may not however re-distribute or release any modifications as GPL or otherwise.

3. Unauthorized use

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for re-distribution or re-sale of any kind without prior written consent from TemplateWire. Please contact us if you require any more clarification.

4. Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment, your account will be activated. This happens instantly with Paypal and it can take up to 24 hours with 2Checkout (it usually happens much faster). The confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provided. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us using the contact form on our site. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant download access to all our templates.

5. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of TemplateWire. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

6. Refund Policy

Since TemplateWire is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the subscription is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.

7. Price Changes

TemplateWire reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a membership plan (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all plans and products are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the TemplateWire website.

8. Warranty

TemplateWire does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with 3rd party scripts, plugins or web browsers.

TemplateWire reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
